  • How do I start the course for the first time?

    When you enrolled and paid for your course, you received an email with a link to start the course. If you have lost that email, let me know and I will send you a new link.

  • How do I re-enter the course?

    Please save that link you received upon enrolling and bookmark the login page for Thinkific for every time you want to login into the course.

  • How do I progress to the next lesson?

    In the bottom right hand corner of each lesson page is a button you click that says "complete and continue".

  • How do I ask a question or post a picture?

    In the upper right hand corner is a small text bubble with a number in it. Click on that and it will open a dialogue menu called "create a new post". Just below that you can write your question, and choose the image icon in the bar of options above that to post a picture of your project. I often need to see a picture of your project in process so I can make suggestions or answer your questions.

  • Where do I find recordings of live Zoom lessons in case I missed a class?

    These recordings will be uploaded into the Thinkific course soon after the class has happened. You can click on the play button and watch the recording as many times as you wish.

  • Where can I find the supply list and when do I get it?

    The supply list for the course will be posted in the first lessons. It will also be in PDF form so you can download and print it out at home. You will not have access to this before buying the course. If you have to see the list before purchasing the course, let me know in the Contact Me section.

  • What if I can't find an item on the supply list locally?

    Many items can be found locally, or substituted for something similar. Again, just ask me in the Contact Me Form. Amazon can usually find what you need, if you live in a remote area.

  • What is your refund policy?

    No refunds after first live class begins, (for classes with scheduled live meetings). 100% satisfaction guaranteed. A refund will be issued if you aren't happy with your on demand course. Does not apply to live courses.
